What is Company Standard entitlement?

User permissions for services in Online Banking for Business are called entitlements. They default to Company Standard. 

Company Standard entitlements is a collection of your company-wide entitlements. PCAs and Admins can modify Company Standard entitlements, which then become Custom entitlements. For example: if a User needs a higher payment limit than the Company Standard allows, the Admin could choose Custom to adjust the payment limit for that user.

Note: Custom entitlements override the Company Standard. If Company Standard settings change, Custom entitlements won’t be affected.    

To modify your Company Standard entitlements, please contact your BMO representative. Any changes will then be automatically applied to relevant users.
